This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reportswikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergencywikimedia.org.

Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.	Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

Uploaded over 20 speedy-deleted copyvios, received multiple warnings and a final warning. 8 days ago has uploaded 17 more copyrighted files, this time not marking their license possibly to avoid the files being deleted for fake licenses, as they were before. The uploaded files originated from the same source as those speedy-deleted.

This user clearly does not concern themselves with copyright or licensing, as they have in total uploaded about 40 files deleted either with reasoning of no license or blatant copyvio, ignoring multiple warnings. Jeż0216 (talk) 14:03, 7 October 2025 (UTC)

I uploaded files to Wikipedia Commons, courtesy of Ewa Grabowska.

Ewa Grabowska has filed a statement with Wikipedia stating that she is the author of the photos.

I don't know what else we can do to get the photos taken by Ewa Grabowska onto Wikipedia Commons.

Please help and advise.

 Done. I blocked Tom for a week. For restoring the photos VRT-permission is needed. Tom, please open COM:VRT page (Polish version Commons:Volunteer Response Team/pl) and look, what kind of e-mail should be sent to our permissions department at permissions-commons@wikimedia.org.
